These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pk30 platform, including all cricket betting, casino, slots, Super Keno, and Circle game services made available to registered Pakistani players. Please read them carefully before creating your pk30 account.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use pk30. CNIC-based KYC verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal. pk30 reserves the right to close accounts where age verification fails or is refused.
Each player is permitted one pk30 account only. Operating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, CNIC, device, or payment method — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
All pk30 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements voids the bonus.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk30 login credentials. pk30 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the player has shared their password or failed to enable two-factor authentication.
Fraudulent deposits, matched betting using bonus funds, collusion, use of automated betting software, and any other activity determined by pk30 to constitute abuse of the platform are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account suspension.
pk30 provides built-in responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Using these tools is entirely voluntary and can be activated at any time from your account dashboard without contacting support.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
By accessing the pk30 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager through pk30's services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pk30 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, negotiations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter. No oral or written statement by any pk30 employee or agent outside of this document shall form part of the agreement unless confirmed in writing by a duly authorised officer of pk30.
pk30 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Where changes are material, pk30 will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account.
To access betting, casino, and gaming services on pk30, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a unique password.
You are permitted to hold only one Account on pk30. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk30 employs automated and manual verification tools to detect duplicate account registration. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk30 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or completed transactions, including withdrawals of winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. pk30 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication on your Account. pk30 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
pk30 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time for the purposes of KYC compliance, fraud prevention, or regulatory adherence. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of Account functionality, including withdrawals.
To be eligible to register and use the pk30 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
pk30 performs CNIC-based age verification as part of the KYC process. Where age verification reveals that a Player was under 21 at the time of registration, pk30 will close the Account immediately, return any remaining deposited funds to the original payment source, and void all winnings generated during the period of underage use. pk30 takes underage gambling seriously and applies a zero-tolerance policy.
pk30 accepts deposits denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All Account balances are held and displayed exclusively in PKR. pk30 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly and credited to your pk30 Account balance without delay under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard banking processing times and may take up to four business hours to reflect in your Account balance.
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by pk30 at the platform level, however individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits which are outside pk30's control.
All deposited funds are held in segregated player accounts maintained separately from pk30's operational funds. This ensures that your PKR balance is protected in the event of any financial difficulty affecting pk30's business operations.
pk30 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment service provider — including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank — may apply their own transaction charges, which are entirely outside pk30's control and responsibility.
pk30 reserves the right to request evidence of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Where such evidence cannot be provided, pk30 may restrict deposits via that payment method and place a hold on any withdrawal pending investigation.
Withdrawal of funds from your pk30 Account is available to all fully KYC-verified players whose Account is in good standing. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed. The KYC process requires submission of a clear copy of your CNIC and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This same-source withdrawal policy is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control. Where the original deposit method is unavailable, pk30 will process the withdrawal via an alternative method following verification of the Player's identity.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Withdrawal requests submitted via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within ten minutes of approval during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are typically completed within one to four business hours.
pk30 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests for the purposes of fraud screening, AML compliance checks, or when additional KYC documentation is outstanding. Players will be notified of any such hold via the contact details associated with their Account. pk30 aims to resolve all withdrawal holds within 48 hours of notification.
Only funds derived from real-money deposits and legitimate winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the automatic removal of the bonus and any associated winnings.
pk30 may offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, and other incentive schemes to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotional page at the time of the offer.

All bets placed on pk30 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or competition, as published in the pk30 betting rules documentation accessible from within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific betting rules, the specific betting rules shall prevail for the purposes of bet settlement.
Cricket betting on pk30 covers Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, international Test matches, One Day Internationals (ODIs), Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is), and other competitions as listed in the Platform's sportsbook at any given time. pk30 reserves the right to add or remove competitions from the Platform at any time.

In-play bets are accepted at pk30's discretion. Acceptance of an in-play bet is not guaranteed, and pk30 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice. All in-play bets are subject to a short delay between submission and acceptance, during which time odds may change. If odds change after submission but before acceptance, the bet will be offered at the revised odds unless the Player has selected "Accept Any Odds" in their Account settings.
The pk30 Casino section provides access to live dealer games, slot games, Super Keno number draws, and the Circle game. All casino games offered on pk30 are provided by certified gaming software suppliers whose random number generators (RNGs) are independently audited for fairness.
Live dealer games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Andar Bahar — are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel) and not by pk30's software. pk30 is not responsible for technical disruptions to the live stream that occur outside its control.
In the event of a disconnection during a casino game session, your bet will be settled according to the game's outcome at the point of disconnection or, where the game cannot be completed, the stake will be returned to your Account balance. pk30 maintains game logs and reserves the right to refer to these logs to resolve any dispute regarding game outcomes.
Game outcomes in slot games, Super Keno, and Circle are determined by certified RNG software. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game information panel. Past outcomes do not influence future game results — each game round is an independent event.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk30 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. pk30 reserves the right to take immediate action — including Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities — upon detection of any prohibited conduct:
pk30 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed by pk30 for breach of these Terms, any balance of real-money funds remaining in the Account will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Funds derived from legitimate deposits that are unrelated to the breach may be returned at pk30's discretion following completion of any outstanding investigations. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be voided in all cases of breach.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting pk30 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining PKR balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met. Voluntary Account closure does not prevent the Player from re-registering unless a self-exclusion has been activated.
All content on the pk30 Platform — including but not limited to the pk30 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk30 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk30 Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial use, or creation of derivative works based on pk30 content without express prior written consent from pk30.
Any unauthorised use of pk30's intellectual property — including scraping of odds data, reproduction of the Platform's user interface, or use of the pk30 brand in any commercial context — will constitute an infringement and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk30 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage — even if pk30 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pk30's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total PKR deposits made by that Player to their pk30 Account during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk30 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond pk30's control — including telecommunications outages, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events — may result in temporary Platform unavailability for which pk30 bears no liability.
Nothing in these Terms limits pk30's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
pk30 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and pk30. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, the lawful bases for processing, how it is protected, and the rights available to you as a data subject.
By registering an Account on pk30, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data — including CNIC details, mobile number, transaction history, and gaming activity — for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and, where you have provided consent, marketing communications.
pk30 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory bodies — strictly as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.
pk30 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the welfare of its players seriously. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, pk30 will provide notice via the email address registered to your Account at least seven days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the pk30 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pk30 is licensed to operate.
In the event of a dispute between you and pk30 relating to the Platform or these Terms, you agree to first contact pk30 customer support and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. pk30 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty days of submission, either party may refer the matter to arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of any arbitration.
